Mould Manufacturing
Right from product conceptualisation, 3D modelling, prototyping, mould flow analyses, tool designing, CNC programming, CNC machining and mould making, we have all the facilities inhouse. We use most modern and latest softwares and machinery to achieve highest accuracy of our products.
Plastics Injection Moulding
Having wide range of in-house injection molding machines from 70 ton upto 1500 ton, we ensure that the product we produce is of the finest quality with high precision.
CNC
We have a set of CNC machines with the latest controllers so as the quality remains our trait with the best in the industry. These machines not only remove human errors but also save a lot of time in mold making.
Plastic Paint Shop
We have the latest paint shop with imported temperature controlled systems. Spray guns are from latest technology companies. We use PU imported paints with UV additives for stronger coats and enhanced quality with durability of the coats.

We have recently introduced our own brand of Innovative Helmets with LED light safety feature under the name BigPie Helmets.
We have seen that specially in India not much has been done in respect to the safety of the two wheeler rider. On the other hand, in four wheeler industry lots of safety features are added day by day, like impact crump design, air bags, seat belts, spoiler lights, fog lamps, crash test and many more. In spite of the fact that a four wheeler is any way safer compared to a two wheeler.

This was the moment when the concept of BigPie helmet started taking shape with a clear vision of giving two wheeler riders the safest and safety featured enhanced product. It is found that an appropriate helmet improves the chances of survival during a road accident by 42% and helps avoid 69% of injuries to riders.

After months of R&D and helmet safety tests in our in house laboratory, we started commercial production in the beginning of 2019 and now we operate at a capacity of 1,00,000 helmet per month. We have got latest ISI certification for our Helmets.
